The Softing TDX.workshop repair shop tester offers mechatronics engineers and service technicians all over the world optimal support in error localization, repair and the commissioning of individual components or entire vehicles. Combined with the interface Kvaser U100, Softing TDX.workshop is especially suited for use in workshops.
The Softing TDX.workshop repair shop tester unites all the benefits of the Softing TDX toolbox. It supports mechanics and service technicians on site as they carry out repairs and maintenance with all the necessary diagnostic functions.
The user interface designed in the DESIGN component Softing TDX.studio as well as the defined operating philosophy are then shown in Softing TDX.workshop. The project and program functions displayed in the service tester are based on the role model defined in Softing TDX.admin and are therefore only accessible to authorized users. Softing TDX.workshop offers automated updates for simple maintenance in after-sales service. Encryption ensures that content is always protected from unauthorized access.
Thanks to short workflows and intuitive operating concepts, users save a lot of time not only during familiarization, but also during vehicle diagnostics and maintenance, as they can achieve diagnostic success with just a few clicks.
The Kvaser U100 interface is a rugged, galvanically reinforced, single-channel CAN/CAN FD-to-USB interface. The Kvaser U100 is signal and current isolated and offers enhanced electrical protection, a vibration, shock and drop resistant enclosure, and high quality cabling that sets a new reference in CAN interface design.
With an intelligent LED that indicates bus loads and fault frames, an industry-leading IP67 rating and an innovative connector system, the U100 has many outstanding features. Fully compatible with J1939, CANopen, NMEA 2000® and DeviceNet, this is the first of a new range of interfaces suitable for rugged, higher voltage applications in marine, industrial, construction, heavy duty, agricultural and automotive markets, including electric vehicles.
