After an intensive comparison of competitors, roadsurfer GmbH has decided in favor of the xTCU interface including the comprehensive C3M software package. The GlobalmatiX offer is seen as the best prerequisite for realizing the ambitious expansion plans in Germany and Europe on the IT side as well. In 2022, the roadsurfer station network will comprise more than 50 locations in 12 countries.
HV insulation fault simulations are used to test and validate safety-relevant system functions, either during the engineering process or also after repairs carried out by after-sales service or the repair shop, or directly on the vehicle.
How Customers Benefit from International Standards – The use of standards in the Automotive sector generates significant efficiency gains. Tests can start earlier due to the unambiguousness of data descriptions, ECUs become less expensive due to standardized buses and protocols and the use of uniform runtime environments saves rework and maintenance costs.
Alongside interfaces for tapping individual I/O signals, HV measuring adapters also provide possible access to the HV power supply. In the case of HV breakout boxes, I/O signals and supply lines can be specifically manipulated by using suitable jumpers. Equipped with the original vehicle plug connections, this means that signals at the control unit plug can be measured without any contact or can be specifically influenced by interruption, short-circuit or connection of a bleeder and transfer resistor.
