Even the Most Powerful Machines Need Excellent Diagnostics – Softing at bauma 2025

From 7 to 13 April 2025, bauma in Munich will once again be all about (mining) construction machinery, which can hardly be surpassed in terms of power and size. The degree of automation of mobile machines is increasing, and for greater efficiency, sustainability, precision and better operability, they are being equipped with more and more automation technology and intelligent design elements. These have long been networked high-tech systems on wheels with correspondingly high requirements for vehicle communication, diagnostics and testing.

Future-proof diagnostics for off-highway vehicles

We support OEMs and Tier1s with scalable solutions that enable the testing, diagnosis and monitoring of mechatronic systems, vehicles and entire fleets. Our task starts with communication with the vehicle, data pre-processing and visualization to storage – locally or in the cloud. Every minute of downtime can have serious, especially economic, consequences: project delays, production downtime and ultimately high costs. That's why we're focusing on efficient, cloud-based aftersales diagnostics at bauma. Our tools enable efficient repair and maintenance remotely or directly on site – even under the harshest conditions to maximize the availability of the machines over the life cycle.
