Discontinuation of CANcard2-CAR and EDICcard2

We would like to inform you about the discontinuation of the vehicle communication interfaces CANcard2-CAR and EDICcard2 and the related supplementary products:

• EDIC-FZIF-C2
• KAB01-ED15-J1962
• KAB04-ED15-LAB
• PCcard2-PFX
• EDICcard2-PTD

As an alternative we recommend to use our established hardware interfaces EDICusb or HSX Breakout for performant diagnostic applications or the CANpro USB or USBcan II HS/LS for ordinary CAN communication. For technical data and order numbers please have a look at the attached data sheets.

We can offer a special price in case you would like to exchange your CANcard2 or EDICcard2. If you send back your hardware interface the discount for any new vehicle communication interface from Softing will be 20% to the list price.
